Your key responsibilities will include: * Greeting customers, running the register, and cashing out purchases * Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience * Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience and developing your leadership skills * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out * Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service * Interacting with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve our sales goals **You're a Great Fit If...** * You have retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * You have entry-level management experience, with a passion for leading and developing a team * You're a sales associate or cashiering expert, with a keen eye for detail and a love of working with customers * You have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills * You're motivated to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with blithequark * You're a team player, with a positive attitude and a passion for working collaboratively to achieve our sales goals **Physical Requirements** As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift. You'll also be required to occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, and grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with your hands.
