About the Role The Key Account Manager for Public and General Customers will play a critical role in implementing the defined strategy of our Vaccine Business Unit towards sustainable growth in Vietnam from a commercial perspective, with a focus on key accounts. As a key member of our team, you will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, sharing and cooperating in product deployment to the market. This includes product knowledge and information training, marketing, HCP engagement, and more. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, sharing and cooperating in product deployment to the market. Identify key stakeholders to engage, work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts that align with our overall vaccine business and brand strategy. Complete key account profiles and update any changes to these key accounts in charge. Monitor output situations and proactively build action plans to achieve business performance of key accounts, proposing adjustments to targets in the implementation area based on actual circumstances. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions with excellence. Work closely with other peers in Field Force, Marketing, and Medical to ensure a unified image and voice to KOLs and HCPs across channels nationwide. Stay abreast of market information and market trends, providing on-time feedback and inputs to RSM, Marketing, and Medical teams that contribute to brand planning, TAP, and impactful scientific engagement with HCPs. Manage assigned projects related to key accounts. Commercial Performance Excellence Execute commercial engagement activities as per TAP, including group product presentations, promotional calls, and activities at symposiums. Provide HCPs and decision-makers with timely and accurate data and information about our products, handling objections effectively. Coordinate efficiently with internal cross-functions to provide timely and accurate information to customer queries about product data and evidence, supply and demand, scientific engagement activities, and PV-related matters. Ensure alignment of activities at assigned key accounts with our Vaccine Business Unit's objectives and marketing plans. Provide NCM and RSM with accurate forecasting, data tracking, and in-arm data. Collect e-consent from HCPs for omnichannel engagement activities. Support tender management and ensure zero non-compliance for all activities and materials in execution. What You Bring to blithequark Education and Experience Requirements Essential: A university degree in medicine or pharmacy is mandatory. A compliance mindset is a must. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese are required. Desired: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a KAM or KAE is preferred. Experience in vaccines, regardless of role and responsibilities, is desirable. Good command of English (verbal, reading, and writing) is an asset.
