About the Role We're seeking an experienced and customer-obsessed Customer Service Advisor to join our specialist frontline team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, responding to their queries, and providing support via phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and manage live chats to keep our customers happy and informed Answer a wide range of questions, from basic account information updates to troubleshooting technical issues Deliver excellent service across all channels, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience Have value-based conversations with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and ensure they're getting the most out of our products and services Juggle multiple systems, both internal and external, to provide seamless support Take on problems with a "Right First Time" attitude, owning challenges and seeing them through to resolution Share feedback and ideas for improvement, helping us to continuously enhance our customer service What You'll Bring To succeed in this role, you'll need to be customer-obsessed, adaptable, and driven to grow with us. You may have a background in retail, hospitality, or contact center customer support, but what's most important is your passion for delivering outstanding service and your ability to communicate clearly and effectively. You'll also need to be proactive, with a can-do attitude and serious problem-solving skills.
