About the Position The role of the Customer Success Manager is pivotal in ensuring the effective adoption and utilization of our AI solutions by our clients in the DACH region, with a focus on chest and breast AI customer management. This position is crucial for driving customer satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of blithequark. As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of our AI technologies into their workflows. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the EMEA region, particularly for blithequark’s AI commercial products. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships through excellent communication, empathy, and a deep understanding of client needs. Customer Onboarding: Lead new client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of AI solutions into the customer’s workflow. This includes providing comprehensive training, addressing initial queries, and setting the stage for a successful partnership. Account Management: Conduct regular account reviews, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the use of our solutions while addressing any client concerns. This proactive approach will help in identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Success Enablement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and ensure our solutions effectively meet their needs, leading to long-term partnerships and mutual success. Feedback Gathering: Gather customer feedback and work closely with the product development team to drive continuous improvement and innovation of breast and chest AI solutions. This feedback loop is essential for refining our products and services to better serve the evolving needs of our clients. Training and Support: Coordinate and deliver training sessions to enhance user expertise and ensure optimal utilization of our solutions. This includes both onboarding training and ongoing support to address any questions or challenges that may arise during the use of our AI technologies. Market Insight: Stay updated on radiology industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most relevant and strategic insights. This market awareness will enable blithequark to stay ahead of the curve and continue innovating solutions that meet the current and future needs of the healthcare sector. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with the demands of a Customer Success Manager position in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Qualifications: A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably within the medical imaging or medical IT industry. Language Skills: Native in German and fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Industry Experience: Experience in product specialist, application specialist, or medical informatics functions within the medical imaging or medical IT industry is highly desirable. Project Management: Proven project engagement and management experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. AI and Deep Learning: Knowledge of deep learning technology or AI applications in medical imaging or data is beneficial, as it will facilitate a deeper understanding of blithequark’s solutions and their applications. Clinical Experience: Desirable: clinical experience as a radiographer, technologist, or biomedical engineer, which can provide valuable insights into the clinical application of our AI solutions.
