Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of blithequark's software applications, including their features, functionalities, and troubleshooting techniques. Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, escalating issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge bases, user manuals, and other support documentation to enhance customer self-service capabilities. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on new technologies, software releases, and industry trends. Requirements 3+ years of experience in application support roles or similar client-facing positions, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, with a strong foundation in computer systems, software applications, and networking principles. Advanced understanding of Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to leverage these tools to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize support processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity to resolve complex technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Preferred Qualifications Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and familiarity with industry-standard support tools and software.
