Your key responsibilities will include: * **Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams**: Lead and develop high-performing Inside Sales teams to achieve revenue, retention, and engagement targets. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. * **Sales Operations and Pipeline Management**: Oversee sales operations, pipeline management, and consultative selling practices to ensure seamless sales processes and effective use of CRM platforms. * **Customer Onboarding and Support**: Ensure successful customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer loyalty. * **Global Team Collaboration**: Collaborate across global teams to align on customer needs and product solutions, ensuring a unified approach to customer success and sales growth. * **Distributor Relationships and International Partner Programs**: Manage distributor relationships and support international partner programs to expand our global reach and drive revenue growth. * **Process Optimization and Performance Reporting**: Establish scalable processes and performance reporting across regions to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * **Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience**: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as sales, customer success, or support leadership. * **4+ Years of Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Support Leadership**: 4+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or support leadership, preferably in the proAV or technology sectors. * **Proven Track Record of Leadership and Business Outcomes**: A proven track record of leading distributed teams and delivering measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer retention, and engagement. * **CRM Proficiency and Data Analysis**: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and data analysis to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. * **Strong Communication, Leadership, and Organizational Skills**: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to lead high-performing teams and drive business growth. * **International Travel**: Ability to travel internationally up to 10-15% to support global business growth and customer success initiatives. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * **Technical Understanding of AV or Related Solutions**: Technical understanding of AV or related solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. * **Experience Working Across US, UK, and EMEA Markets**: Experience working across US, UK, and EMEA markets to drive global business growth and customer success. * **Multilingual Capabilities**: Multilingual capabilities to support global customer success initiatives and drive business growth. * **Familiarity with Regulatory and Compliance Standards**: Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards to ensure compliance and drive business growth. * **AVIXA CTS or Similar Certifications**: AVIXA CTS or similar certifications to demonstrate expertise in the proAV sector. **Equal Opportunity Statement** blithequark is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
