**Experienced Associate Customer Success Manager – School Fundraising and Spiritwear Order Management**

As an Associate Customer Success Manager (CSM) on our Gear team at blithequark, you'll play a vital entry-level role supporting school clients and learning the ropes of spiritwear order management. With a strong commitment to our mission, we've proudly helped over 7,500 schools profit more than $600 million in much-needed funds. **Your Role as an Associate Customer Success Manager** As an Associate CSM on our Gear team, you'll assist experienced CSMs with key administrative tasks, order tracking, and internal coordination—all while building meaningful relationships and developing the skills to own client campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: * Participating in a structured training program to prepare for the CSM role * Shadowing and learning from experienced CSMs in client communication, order management, and sales strategy * Managing administrative aspects of spiritwear orders: quotes, mockups, invoices, and timelines * Communicating with internal teams (design, product, operations) to ensure order accuracy and progress * Supporting client accounts during team absences and beginning to take ownership of simpler campaigns * Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting on orders, client activity, and team performance * Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to strengthen processes * Contributing to the efficiency and scalability of the Gear team by reducing turnaround time and boosting team capacity **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities: * Bachelor's degree (or pursuing one) or equivalent work experience * Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal * Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills * Ability to take initiative and follow through reliably * Adaptability and openness to feedback in a fast-paced environment * Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to grow within the customer success field **Our Work Environment** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that includes: * Technology: A MacBook for your time at blithequark & a monthly phone allowance * Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus 401k matching * Paid Time Off: 10 days PTO, 15+ observed holidays & business closed days, and paid parental leave * Pay: $35,000-$40,000 base pay + commission **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're passionate about empowering schools and making a positive impact on the world.
