Magazine's Best Workplaces of 2023](https://bit.ly/3EAXv0Q) **Team & Role** As a Customer Engineer, you'll work closely with our customers, engineering, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll build integrations, configure the core blithequark platform, and work on resolving technical challenges to make customers successful. You'll also build and maintain internal tools to empower our operations teams and automate internal processes. **Our Stack** We're a full-stack team, and we use a range of technologies to deliver our platform. Our stack includes: * Python * SQL * Django * Django Rest Framework * Javascript * React * Tailwind CSS * React Native (plus a bit of Objective-C and Java when it's called for) * AWS * Docker **What You'll Do** As a Customer Engineer, you'll be responsible for: * Technical Implementations: Understand customer needs and assist them with onboarding to blithequark, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. * Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of blithequark's capabilities and assist customers in optimizing their deployment. * Customization: Work closely with customers to customize solutions to meet their specific needs and requirements. * Tool Building: Design and deploy tools both internally and externally to scale blithequark to the world's largest companies. * Escalation Handling: Handle and escalate technical issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. **About You** We're looking for someone who is: * Comfortable diving into the weeds * Has broad technical knowledge and a hunger to learn new topics quickly * Has exceptional communication skills and can communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Thrives in fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 4+ years of proven track record of relevant experience * Good working knowledge of Python, SQL, Javascript * Experienced in exploratory data analysis and cleaning * Comfortable interacting with customers and diving into the weeds of our business * Highly organized, with strong attention to detail **Compensation** We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $160,000, plus equity.
