You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Engineer at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Pre-sales: building technical credibility with prospects, running technical deep dives, building demos, writing custom policies and sample apps, and supporting customer POCs. * Post-sales: providing customers with everything they need to integrate and deploy Oso successfully, including reviewing customer policies, giving guidance on integration, CI/CD, and ops, and participating in customer support on-call. * Product: taking customer feedback and using it to inform our product roadmap, capturing customer feedback, and demonstrating its value. * Everything else: getting your hands dirty and jumping in on whatever else it takes to build the company, including writing and iterating on docs, shipping small features and bug fixes in response to customer feedback. **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual who is passionate about customer success and driven to make a difference.
