Offer expert consultations on blithequark's products and services, such as CDN, Streaming, DNS, and more, to help customers optimize their use of our technology. Conduct technical diagnostics to resolve issues, collecting and analyzing information about customer and user incidents, and escalating complex problems to higher levels of technical support when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback and concerns are addressed, and that our products and services continuously improve to meet customer needs. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's technology and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you should possess: At least 1 year of technical support experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex technical issues. Good networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, and traceroute, to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. A solid understanding of hardware and software diagnostics, including reading logs and analyzing system performance, to identify and address root causes of issues. English language proficiency at the B2 level or higher, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to issue resolution and a passion for learning and continuous improvement. Quick learning skills, with the ability to rapidly absorb new information and adapt to changing technologies and customer needs. Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule and Arrangements This position operates on a rotating schedule of two consecutive day shifts followed by two days off. Shift hours are 12 hours long, including a 1-hour break, and are anchored to 04:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC. Please note that local time adjustments will be made based on whether Serbia is observing UTC +2 or UTC+1, resulting in local shift times of 06:00 to 18:00 or 05:00 to 17:00, depending on daylight saving time.
