Job Overview We are seeking an Associate Customer Success Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting the members of our Customer Success Team. This customer-facing position requires a self-starter who can proactively address issues, coordinate solutions, and adapt to changing priorities with ease. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including managing incoming customer requests, coordinating with internal teams to address these requests and issues, assisting with internal and customer reporting needs, and handling other associated tasks as assigned. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to the Customer Success Team, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Offer administrative and technical support, including scheduling, preparing information, monitoring timelines, attending meetings, and more. Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone, support tickets, and email, assisting with outbound customer communications as instructed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve support inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, coordinating with customers for additional information as needed and managing inquiries through to successful completion. Assist with data file collection, validation, and issue resolution, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Support the implementation and issue resolution of customer electronic enrollment files and export files. Perform data entry of client data, site configuration changes, and/or enrollment form configurations with precision. Conduct quality assurance on enrollment forms for clients, testing data flows, data mapping, checking rates against PDF files, and more. Perform quality assurance testing of site configurations and client data to ensure operational excellence. Create and maintain detailed documentation of current and future processes, develop testing cases, and testing scripts to enhance operational efficiency. Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide product support and issue resolution, fostering a collaborative environment. Work cohesively as a team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience. Perform data entry of client data and undertake other customer service or administrative duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: A BS/BA Degree, laying the foundation for your professional growth and development. Experience working directly with customers in a client service capacity, demonstrating your ability to understand and meet customer needs. Experience in using software reporting tools, which will enable you to navigate our systems efficiently and provide insightful support. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, ensuring you can manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Time Management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and internal teams seamlessly. A self-starter mentality, with the ability to manage deadlines and proactively address issues. Listening and problem-solving skills, enabling you to coordinate solutions and address customer concerns effectively. General technical knowledge to support customers, demonstrating your capacity to understand and resolve technical issues. A collaborative team player with a quick learning ability, ready to adapt to our dynamic environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, facilitating your work in data management, reporting, and communication.
