Job Overview: Customer Service Teammate As a Customer Service Teammate at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers care for their vehicles. This includes explaining our car wash options and requirements to customers, preparing and loading their cars in our car washes, and assisting customers with self-cleaning options. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our car washes and sites to ensure we're providing a superior, clean car wash experience for all our customers. Key Responsibilities: Positively and energetically engage and communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures, especially safety protocols, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment Continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time, as you'll be working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Explain car wash options and requirements to customers, and assist with self-cleaning options as needed Maintain our car washes and sites to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all customers Work collaboratively with other teammates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service Essential Qualifications: Be at least 16 years old Verify you can work in the US Ability to positively and energetically engage and communicate with customers Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures, especially safety protocols Ability to continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Knowledge of car wash operations and vehicle care Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve sales goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skill and Competencies Required for Success: To succeed as a Customer Service Teammate at blithequark, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
