The Role We're seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with our customers and providing them with exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to emails, managing live chats, and proactively reaching out to customers to keep them informed and happy. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Proactively reach out to customers to keep them informed about our products and services, and to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the outcome. Work collaboratively with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and integrated experience. Continuously look for ways to improve our customer service, providing feedback and suggestions to our management team. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or retail environment. Knowledge of the payments industry, or a related field. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, or other customer service tools and technologies. A strong understanding of our products and services, and the ability to communicate their value and benefits to our customers. Compensation and Benefits A competitive base salary of £27,430 per annum. A performance-based bonus scheme, with the potential to earn up to £3,000 per annum.
