Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Advisor to join our team in London, with the option to work remotely. As a Customer Success Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in owning the entire customer journey, from onboarding to value realization and expansion, measuring key metrics throughout this journey. Your expertise will be invaluable in acting as the "voice of the customer" inside blithequark, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients. Core Responsibilities: Own the entire customer journey, focusing on onboarding, value realization, and value expansion, with a keen eye on metrics such as Net Retention Rate (NRR), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and value realization. Act as the "voice of the customer" within blithequark, ensuring customer feedback and needs are integrated into our product development and service offerings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including CISOs/CIOs and IT operational teams, with the aim of becoming a trusted advisor on cyber risk management. Become a blithequark platform expert, enabling customers to become self-sufficient and derive maximum value from our solutions. Collaborate with our Customer Success Engineers (CSE) to resolve any issues with customer deployments, ensuring seamless integration and operation of our products. Communicate and track customer product enhancements with our Product Management team, ensuring customer needs are addressed in our product roadmap. Present comprehensive customer business reviews to executive business owners and technical customer contacts, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Be prepared to travel to customer locations as required, fostering face-to-face relationships and resolving issues promptly. Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: Demonstrated technical knowledge with a breadth of understanding around cybersecurity, cyber risk, and security compliance. Empathy with customers, coupled with strong listening skills, to understand their unique challenges and needs. Proven project management skills, with a super detail-oriented and disciplined approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously. A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk consulting, management consulting, or customer success, preferably in the cybersecurity industry. A track record of delivering on customer success metrics, with a strong advisory approach to large, complex clients. Confidence in advising CXOs on cyber risk management strategies and solutions. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity, where building and adapting are constant.
