Requirements for Success To excel as a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you should possess the following essential qualifications and skills: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in account management, sales, revenue management, or customer success, preferably within the hotel, OTA, HotelTech, IT, e-commerce, or airline industries. Experience working in the revenue, sales, marketing, or e-commerce departments of hotels or OTAs is highly advantageous, as it demonstrates a deep understanding of the hotel industry's revenue structures and challenges. Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Sinhala and English, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base. A proactive and client-centric approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients. Excellent analytical skills, with the capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to clients. Comfort and proficiency in using CRM software, Excel, Power BI, and helpdesk systems such as Zendesk, Omnidesk, or Jira.
