This is a remote work position on a night shift schedule, requiring a high level of autonomy, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and mitigate churn and downgrade risks by analyzing customer data, conducting regular check-ins, and providing proactive support * Execute opportunities to expand or deepen our customers' relationships with us, including upselling and cross-selling our solutions * Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth * Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance our solutions and services * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply that knowledge to drive customer success and business growth **Requirements** * Proven experience in consultative SaaS or B2B sales with a demonstrated track record of successfully growing accounts and reducing churn * Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex relationship and sales processes * Tech-savvy with ability to effectively use tools like G-Suite and Salesforce * Native and/or bilingual English proficiency **Benefits** * Celebrate every happy customer – we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth * Small and mighty team – we're a close-knit group of experts who are passionate about what we do * Recently acquired by Marketplace Inc.
