Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data from our customer service department and related systems to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from our customer service department and other related systems to identify user behavior patterns, issue trends, and areas for improvement. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into key metrics, such as customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and first contact resolution. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve team performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience, and collaborate with team leaders to implement solutions and track the impact of changes. Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer satisfaction scores, resolution rates, and first contact resolution rates. Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for senior management, and support strategic decision-making by providing in-depth analysis and forecasting. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data collection, storage, and analysis, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analysis. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences, and provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, operations, and product development, to align on goals and drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. The following requirements are essential: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analysis, or similar role, with a proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights. A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, with a strong foundation in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. A strong understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts, with familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the crypto, financial services, or compliance industry is a plus, with a strong understanding of the regulatory requirements and industry trends that impact our business. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, with a strong foundation in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data mining. Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure, with a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements. Certification in data analysis or business intelligence, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Business Intelligence Analyst (CBIA), with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, with a strong understanding of the principles of lean software development and continuous improvement.
