About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager specializing in Search Advertising to manage and execute advertising campaigns for our enterprise clients. As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve profitable revenue growth using our platform. Your expertise in eCommerce advertising, strong analytical skills, and proactive approach to campaign management will be essential in driving success for our clients. This is a remote role in the U.S. with a strong preference given to candidates in the St. Louis, MO area. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces. Understanding customer needs and developing joint success plans to help clients meet their goals using our platform. Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations. Collaborating with internal teams, including Product and Engineering, to leverage our platform capabilities effectively. Partnering with our internal teams to shape new features and drive innovation. Continuously showcasing the value of blithequark's platform throughout the engagement period and driving client satisfaction. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of professional work experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in running media and advertising engagement with customers in a consulting or agency role. Experience in managing eCommerce marketing budgets, specifically on Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart, and other leading marketplaces. Proven track record of managing Amazon search marketing budgets in the multi-million dollar range. Well-versed in Bid and Budget management, content optimization, and promotion planning. An analytical approach to problem-solving, with advanced Excel skills and experience in data analysis. Project management experience, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks. Proven experience working with VP, SVP, and C-level executives of enterprise-level companies. Excellent presentation and communication skills, including both oral and written. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with SaaS platforms and a strong understanding of the eCommerce industry. Track record of retaining and renewing Enterprise customers in the SaaS space. Certifications in Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising, or other relevant platforms. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: A base salary range of $94,000 - $128,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
