About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate Director, Advertising to join our team and drive strategic growth for our customers. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for running and growing relationships with our customers, ensuring the successful creation and execution of advertising strategies that contribute to their revenue growth. You will collaborate with our Advertising Team and cross-functional partners to devise and implement tailored advertising strategies that meet our clients' business objectives. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Success Associate Director, Advertising at blithequark, your primary objectives will include: Understanding customer needs and developing joint success plans to help them meet their business objectives Acting as an expert on the blithequark platform, providing training, support, and troubleshooting to ensure customer success Managing client advertising budgets and driving success through data-driven decision making Serving as a subject matter expert in ecommerce advertising, guiding customers on how to drive growth and optimize their digital shelf Performing deep data analysis to answer strategic questions and drive action Collaborating with internal teams to shape new features and improve the customer experience Advising our Sales team on upselling and cross-selling opportunities that will help our customers succeed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field 6+ years of professional work experience, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in running Enterprise-level Retail Media campaigns Experience managing Paid Search marketing budgets in the multi-million dollar range, specifically on Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart, or other major ecommerce platforms Well-versed in Bid and Budget management, content optimization, and promotion planning An analytical approach to problem-solving, with advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools Project management experience, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks Proven experience working with VP, SVP, and C-level executives of enterprise-level companies Excellent presentation and communication skills, including both oral and written Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in the SaaS industry, with a focus on customer success and revenue growth A track record of retaining and renewing Enterprise customers in the SaaS space Experience with ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart, or other major retailers Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices, including Paid Search, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing trends and best practices Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
