Your Role As a Customer Service Specialist for Wholesale Operations at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our retail partners and sales representatives. You'll be a creative problem solver, a skilled communicator, and a passionate advocate for our brand and products. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, provide timely and effective solutions, and help our sales team and retail partners achieve success in our shared mission. Key Responsibilities Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely responses to questions and order requests and building relationships. Provide product pricing and availability quotes, and help customers navigate our product offerings. Complete all facets of order management, including placing new orders, revising existing orders, processing returns, managing future product reservations, providing updates, and other tasks. Access and combine information from multiple systems to provide order details and analyze problems when they occur. Understand the science and technology behind blithequark's products to enable product conversations and provide expert advice to customers. Manage time effectively by prioritizing and multi-tasking, and use daily reporting to manage orders in your territory as needed. Track and report recurring problems, and act as a problem identifier and solver to help us improve our processes and products. Monitor customer orders and provide Sales and retailers with the needed updates, and work with Credit to resolve invoicing errors. Other duties as assigned, including participating in training and development programs, attending meetings and events, and contributing to special projects and initiatives. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent combination of experience preferred, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field. 1+ years of customer service experience required, with 2+ years preferred, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships with customers. Knowledge of athletic footwear, athletic apparel, and sports equipment preferred, with a passion for movement and a desire to learn and grow with our brand. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with adverse situations positively, with a focus on building trust, resolving conflicts, and providing effective solutions. Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zendesk (or other similar CRM), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Accuracy in typing, spelling, and grammar, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners. Proven ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude, with a focus on adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving. Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust, resulting in effective working relationships across the company and with external partners. Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, with the ability to see the big picture and understand how all the pieces fit together and affect one another. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a hourly wage range of $18.79 to $20.10, depending on your geographic location.
