Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through virtual meetings, emails, and calls to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions Identify customer needs and provide tailored sales solutions to drive sales growth and expand our customer base Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, and consistently strive to improve sales performance Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and drive business growth Accurately maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and ensure data accuracy and integrity Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. You will need to have strong communication and negotiation skills, be self-motivated and goal-oriented, and be comfortable with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, and CRM software. You will also need to be able to adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment and have a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
