Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering an amazing customer experience and helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer inquiries and issues Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in adapting to changing projects and updates Utilize time and task management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop knowledge and skills in health insurance and customer service Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, including phone, email, and online chat Essential Qualifications 18 years of age or older Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of job offer Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required) Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a self-motivated and success-driven attitude Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a call center environment Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish bilingual skills (a plus) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be eligible for a competitive hourly salary range of $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, plus performance incentives.
