About the Role We are actively seeking dedicated and driven individuals to join our team as life insurance benefits advisors. As a customer service and sales professional at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and provide exceptional support to our client base. You will be responsible for offering valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families, and you will have the flexibility to choose your own work hours. Key Responsibilities Contact leads provided by blithequark to schedule virtual meetings with clients Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them Collaborate with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieve them through dedicated effort and determination Provide outstanding customer service and support to our client base Offer valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families Work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and grow our client base Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain qualities and skills. These include: A willingness to learn and be coached, as we provide comprehensive training An outgoing and friendly personality, with a positive and approachable demeanor A strong desire to help others, and a passion for providing valuable advice and services Effective communication skills, with the ability to connect with others and build strong relationships Basic computer literacy, with a laptop or computer with camera required Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Life & Health license Must reside in the United States Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, sales or customer service experience is advantageous. If you have a background in these areas, you will be well-equipped to succeed in this role. Additionally, if you have experience working in a remote or virtual environment, you will be familiar with the skills and disciplines required to thrive in this type of setting.
