About the Role This part-time Customer Service Representative position is a 20-hour per week opportunity, offering a flexible schedule between 9am and 3pm PST. As a preferred candidate, you should reside in WA, ID, MT, AZ, or NV. In this role, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat communications. Your primary objective will be to establish positive relationships, resolve customer inquiries, and educate them on our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Taking inbound calls and maintaining a high level of professionalism to establish a positive rapport with every customer Learning and utilizing computer system applications to accurately process transactions and maintain customer data Educating customers on products and services via phone, email, and chat communications Providing basic troubleshooting for customers, including product knowledge, recommendations, and problem resolution Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal customers and team members Staying informed on all communications and training to ensure accurate protocols are followed Building knowledge of relevant blithequark products, processes, programs, and technology Participating in other related duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager Performing other duties as assigned and complying with all policies and standards What We're Looking For in a Candidate To succeed in this role, you should possess: 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner The ability to identify and propose solutions to address customer problems or needs, demonstrating a results-oriented approach A high level of attention to detail in written communication and order entry, ensuring accuracy and precision Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and urgency, meeting accuracy and productivity metrics Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Basic math and computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Outlook and/or Dynamics 365 being a plus Essential Qualifications: In addition to the above requirements, you should be: Able to work in a remote setting, with the ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions Comfortable with close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms to perform tasks What We Offer At blithequark, we recognize the importance of rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication.
