Job Overview The Customer Service Representative will be an integral part of blithequark's Contact Center for Foodservice, providing support to the Selling Team, field partners, and Direct Customers. This role will involve handling service and delivery inquiries, resolving concerns, and establishing and maintaining Gold Standard business relationships with our clients. As a bilingual Spanish speaker, you will be able to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base and provide exceptional support to our sales associates and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Offer Sales & Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (via phone, email, and teams chat) such as general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and order management. Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting to resolve customer issues efficiently. Answer basic questions and resolve basic problems, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed. Document issues, identify, and take appropriate actions to resolve inquires related to order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and customer-facing applications. Actively re-direct incoming callers to self-service options to promote efficient issue resolution and enhance customer experience. Perform proactive outbound follow-up communications as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve pending issues. Process orders and other related voice and non-voice tasks as needed to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English, with excellent oral and written communication skills. At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, with previous call center experience preferred but not required. Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required. A self-starter with demonstrated customer service skills, ability to select and apply standard policies and procedures, and resolve routine problems and questions independently. Ability to pay close attention to detail, use time effectively, and work in a fast-paced team environment. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, with weekend/holiday availability. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Familiarity with food service industry practices and procedures. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems.
