As a Senior Research Executive within this team, you will play a critical role in leading the day-to-day management of global tracking studies and ad hoc research projects. Your expertise will contribute to all stages of the research process, from stakeholder consultation and questionnaire design to detailed analysis and insight delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage customer satisfaction programs, including survey refinement and quarterly reporting, to ensure that customer feedback is actionable and informs business decisions. Deliver strategic research projects by planning, designing, and analyzing market studies that provide deep insights into customer needs and market trends. Presentation of findings with clarity and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaborate with internal teams and external research agencies to leverage a wide range of expertise and ensure that research projects are comprehensive and impactful. Ensure accuracy and consistency across all insights and analysis, maintaining the highest standards of research quality and integrity. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong background in market research, with a proven track record of generating insights that drive business outcomes. A degree-level education and a relevant research qualification are essential, alongside excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English, strong project management skills, and the ability to work across multiple deadlines are also critical. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Access, and SharePoint, as well as knowledge of SPSS and R, would be beneficial. Above all, you should possess confident presentation skills and the ability to tell compelling stories with data, inspiring action and change within the organization. Essential Qualifications Degree-level education in a relevant field (e.g., market research, statistics, business administration). Relevant research qualification or certification (e.g., MRS, ESOMAR). Proven experience in market research, with a focus on customer insights and analytics. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Master’s, Ph.D.). Specialized training or certification in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python). Experience working with global teams and managing international research projects. Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in research settings.
