Experienced Customer Onboarding Specialist – Fleet Management Software Implementation and Customer Success

We are now seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes with our software. About the Role As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring they fully adopt our fleet management software platform. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business goals, configure their accounts, provide product training, and import their data. Your primary objective will be to deliver a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring our customers are able to maximize the benefits of our software and achieve their desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities Establish strong relationships with customers and understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements Develop and execute customized onboarding plans to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our software Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring they are able to use our software effectively Configure customer accounts, import data, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems Track and measure customer onboarding outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes accordingly Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure a cohesive customer experience Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our onboarding processes and customer success Essential Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a focus on customer success, support, or implementation Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success Strong technical skills, with experience working with software applications, data analysis, and project management tools Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Experience working with fleet management software or similar industry-specific applications Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and online project management tools, such as Asana Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience working with Excel and other data visualization tools Experience with customer success platforms, such as Gainsight, and internal communication tools, such as Slack Skills and Competencies Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and technologies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to drive customer success Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
