About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our customer-facing operations, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in customer operations, preferably in the benefits administration or healthcare industry. Proven track record of success in leading and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and business growth. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience with cloud-based technologies, benefits administration systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
