We're a small but growing team, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships. **What Will You Be Doing?** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for elevating client relationships to new heights by assuming full responsibility for their success. Your key responsibilities will include: * Overseeing onboarding and comprehensive training to ensure rapid adoption and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction * Fostering a trusted strategic advisor relationship with clients, proactively delivering value and optimizing their utilization of our products and services * Maintaining a keen awareness of current events and trends within the industry, tracking and analyzing relevant developments, and discerning opportunities, potential challenges, and market insights * Leveraging this intelligence to inform and enrich customer success strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the ever-evolving landscape of our sector * Showcasing exceptional communication skills to interact with senior-level management, both within the organization and externally, to cultivate a profound understanding of customer needs * Taking proactive ownership of customer success metrics and data management, adhering to established protocols and guidelines, and ensuring the meticulous upkeep of accurate, real-time records * Evaluating the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints, and assessing how they are supported, while adopting a consultative approach to assist clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals effectively * Analyzing C-Sat/NPS surveys, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to drive continuous enhancements in customer satisfaction and loyalty * Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to gather customer references, conducting in-depth interviews, and leveraging customer success stories to develop compelling case studies that highlight the value and impact of our products and services **Who Are We Looking For?** We're looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering outstanding results and building strong relationships.
