You will be their advocate and product expert, working closely with them to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. Your primary focus will be on expanding customer adoption, growing revenue, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the deal cycle from product evaluation to close, working closely with our "deconstructed" sales team to ensure prospects are nurtured and converted into customers. * Drive customer adoption through the implementation of best practices, ensuring successful onboarding and utilization of the product. * Upsell opportunities by becoming a product expert and uncovering potential upsell opportunities based on customer usage and exploring more use cases for their business and new blithequark product offerings. * Create new best practices as you learn how your customers use the platform and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. **Consider Applying If:** * You have experience expanding customer adoption and growing revenue by building meaningful relationships. * You are comfortable interacting and influencing internal stakeholders, from departmental champions to C-Level sponsors. * You're not afraid of sales and are willing to work closely with prospects and customers to drive revenue growth. * You've designed and presented business reviews and strategic success plans, and are comfortable with asking questions and learning new things. * You are a quick learner and are comfortable with ambiguity and change. **While Many CSM Roles Are Similar, blithequark's CSM Roles Are Unique.
