Job Overview: Customer Data Specialist We're seeking two highly motivated Customer Data Specialists to join our team in Shelton, CT. One role will focus on customer-facing responsibilities, while the other will concentrate on auditing and data accuracy. As a Customer Data Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our new customers. Your responsibilities will include processing documentation, coordinating with various teams, addressing customer inquiries, improving processes, and managing utility data-related tickets. Key Responsibilities: Process all required documentation to complete customer sign-up processes. Follow up on open items, including contracts, invoices, and related paperwork. Collaborate with onboarding and sales teams to complete required supporting documentation. Develop a deep understanding of blithequark's program and be able to answer potential customers' questions and concerns. Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes. Manage all tickets related to utility data management, working with utilities, data partners, and our billing team. Desired Skills and Experience: To succeed as a Customer Data Specialist at blithequark, you'll need: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new software systems. Experience with auditing, data analysis, and process improvement. A high school diploma or equivalent; industry experience is highly preferred. A clean criminal background check and drug screen. The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-growing company.
