Position Overview We seek a detail-oriented Store and Supply Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. Working closely with our COO and serving as the primary liaison with our 3PL partner Abacus, you'll oversee all supply chain operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment for Art2Life. This is an exceptional opportunity where you'll manage e-commerce logistics for a growing creative education company, support international art retreat operations, and drive store growth through strategic product development—all while directly impacting our ability to serve thousands of artists worldwide. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management & Forecasting • Oversee accurate forecasting and demand planning based on sales trends and upcoming promotions • Monitor inventory levels at 3PL to ensure optimal stock of all SKUs • Track excess inventory and expiring products, developing solutions to minimize waste • Schedule and monitor bi-annual inventory counts with 3PL partner • Manage end-to-end inventory logistics including shipment and freight tracking • Update month-end actuals and adjust projections with real-time data for accuracy Product & SKU Management • Create cost analysis for new or bundled SKUs and coordinate SKU setup with 3PL • Manage product creation for new offerings, including UPC creation and product detail page (PDP) setup within WooCommerce • Maintain accurate product costs and detail updates within our e-commerce platform • Create and maintain all Bills of Materials (BOMs) • Set up promotional giveaways and special offers with 3PL and e-commerce systems Store Growth & Development • Identify and evaluate opportunities for new product offerings that align with Art2Life's mission and customer needs • Conduct profitability analysis on existing and proposed products to optimize product mix • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies for expanding our product catalog • Research market trends and competitor offerings to inform product development decisions • Champion innovative product ideas that enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth Performance Tracking & Reporting • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce operations • Generate regular reports on store performance metrics including sales velocity, inventory turnover, order fulfillment accuracy, and customer satisfaction • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Present insights and recommendations to COO and leadership team • Track product performance to inform future inventory and product development decisions 3PL Partnership & Logistics Coordination • Serve as primary point of contact with Abacus, our third-party logistics partner • Oversee all Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) creation and receiving processes at 3PL • Manage ordering of packaging materials and other 3PL operational supplies • Coordinate transportation of products between studio, warehouse, and retreat locations • Resolve vendor discrepancies and logistics challenges proactively • Facilitate product testing, labeling, and pre-kitting prior to warehouse transfer International Retreat Support • Manage acquisition of art supplies for global retreat locations • Coordinate distribution and shipping of materials to international destinations • Work with 3PL partner to ensure timely delivery of supplies to retreat sites • Track and manage retreat inventory separately from standard e-commerce fulfillment Order Fulfillment & Customer Support • Monitor order processing and fulfillment through WooCommerce platform • Collaborate with Customer Service team to resolve order inquiries and issues • Work on daily solutions using daily order reports • Monitor deliveries and provide shipment tracking support when necessary Cross-Functional Collaboration • Organize and maintain project management boards in Asana • Communicate effectively across departments to support organizational objectives • Provide regular updates to COO on inventory status, forecasting, and logistics performance What We're Looking For Education & Experience • 3+ years experience in supply chain, inventory management, or logistics coordination • Proven track record of managing inventory forecasting and demand planning • Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers • Portfolio or examples of process improvements or systems you've implemented Technical Skills & Knowledge • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce/Shopify preferred) and inventory management systems • Strong analytical abilities with experience using data to drive decisions • Familiarity with SKU management, BOMs, and product costing • Understanding of freight coordination and shipping logistics • Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred) and collaboration platforms • Knowledge of KPI tracking and performance reporting Personal Qualities • Exceptional attention to detail and
