Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with public sector customers, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals Design and execute customized success plans to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our products and services Identify opportunities for growth, upsell, and cross-sell, working closely with the sales team to expand our footprint within existing accounts Monitor customer health, analyzing metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in customer success Requirements A customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Prior experience in a Customer Success Manager role, handling accounts and driving customer satisfaction Proven understanding of technical skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience working with public sector customers, including government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations Knowledge of industry-specific trends, challenges, and regulations, such as IT modernization, cybersecurity, and data privacy Familiarity with customer success platforms, such as Gainsight, Salesforce, or Medallia Certifications, such as CSM, CSPO, or PMP, demonstrating expertise in customer success, project management, or related fields Skills and Competencies Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks, and managing competing demands Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow professionally and personally.
