You'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Research, respond to, and resolve inquiries from our customers within 48 hours of receiving the inquiry, prioritizing based on customer impact * Answer customer payment and invoice questions * Assist customers with desired changes to their account * Assist blithequark employees with questions and problems * Provide a great blithequark customer experience * Resolve difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically to best assist the customer and blithequark * Maintain high-quality work, including timeliness, completeness, and accuracy * Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager of FinCare **Requirements** * High School Diploma/GED required * Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems * Experience with ERP systems * Experience with Data Entry * 1+ years of customer service experience * Excellent verbal and telephone skills * Type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy * Regular and predictable attendance is a function of the job **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) * Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment * Knowledge of financial systems and processes * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
