Our mission is to empower our customers to succeed by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive. **Job Summary** As a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers regarding financial queries and concerns. You'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Research, respond to, and resolve inquiries from our customers within 48 hours of receiving the inquiry, prioritizing based on customer impact * Answer customer payment and invoice questions * Assist customers with desired changes to their account * Assist blithequark employees with questions and problems * Provide a great blithequark customer experience * Resolve difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically to best assist the customer and blithequark * Maintain high-quality work, including timeliness, completeness, and accuracy * Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager of FinCare **Requirements** * High School Diploma/GED required * Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems * Experience with ERP systems * Experience with Data Entry * 1+ years of customer service experience * Excellent verbal and telephone skills * Type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy * Regular and predictable attendance is a function of the job **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) * Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment * Knowledge of financial systems and processes * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
