That's why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned. **Key Responsibilities** As a B2B Customer Acquisition Specialist, you'll: * Work within a dedicated territory to achieve a revenue-based quota by effectively selling and upselling clients' products/services. * Manage a high volume of customer engagements via phone and email with a focus on meeting customer needs. * Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts. * Maintain a mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess customer requirements. * Assist customers in resolving concerns/roadblocks that may prohibit product satisfaction or usage. * Maintain customers and prospects within our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and kept up to date. * Undertake sales motions which may or may not include lead generation, lead conversion, health checks, and/or renewing contracts. * Deliver expert customer experiences... always with a smile. **Essential Qualifications** Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
