We're responsible for digitizing food service distributors with our AI technology and digital ordering solutions. With blithequark AI, voicemail, email, and SMS orders are automatically processed into a vendor's system within seconds, allowing them to run a more profitable and less wasteful business. **Key Responsibilities** As our Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Managing and owning the execution of premium supplier distributor relationships, directly responsible for the revenue generated from each deal. * Taking ownership of our enterprise accounts in the German market. * Supporting account executives as they enter the negotiation stage and taking ownership of the relationship once commercial agreements have been signed; you'll be the daily point of contact to set up the partnership for success. * Preparing and leading trainings for new partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process. * Spending 1-2 days on site with vendors as they launch our blithequark AI proposition and ensuring their team is fully equipped to integrate the product into their daily operations. * Upselling new propositions and agreeing on contract renewals with your existing portfolio of partners. * Liaising between your partners and cross-functional internal teams, such as integrations, to ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to our partners' needs. * Sharing vendor learnings and feedback with the product and marketing team to help drive activities toward acquisition and engagement. **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager who: * Has 4+ years of experience in an externally-facing project management or customer success role. * Has experience managing complex, enterprise accounts. * Possesses a strong work ethic with the motivation to always improve and grow for yourself and the team. * Has a can-do attitude, is willing to roll up their sleeves, and get things done. * Is an amazing relationship builder and natural communicator who is comfortable articulating complex technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders. * Can understand a problem, get to the crux of an issue quickly, and implement solutions proactively. * Has strong attention to detail, sets, and maintains high standards. * Is a huge team player and has a team-first mentality. * Is fluent in German (written and spoken). **What We Offer** As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll enjoy: * A dynamic and collaborative work environment with a passionate team of over 200 individuals. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a rapidly growing company. * A competitive salary and benefits package. * A comprehensive onboarding program to ensure your success in your role. * Access to cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. * A chance to make a meaningful impact on the environment and contribute to a sustainable food system. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
