Key Responsibilities As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative at blithequark, your main responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our customer service processes Upselling products or services when required Qualifications and Requirements We are looking for fearless and passionate individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
