About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Adoption Team Manager to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a small team of customer adoption managers. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers achieve their goals and realize the full potential of our platform. You will be working closely with our commercial team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic projects, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer adoption managers to achieve performance targets and drive customer success Conduct regular team meetings, 1-1s, and contribute to commercial managers' meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration Provide support to the team with escalations for complex internal and external queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution Collaborate with our enterprise account management team to onboard new customers and manage early lifecycle relationships, building strong stakeholder relationships Develop and execute strategic projects that drive business impact, using data and metrics to inform decisions and measure success What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need to have solid experience in line management, preferably within a customer adoption or account management team. You should have a proven track record of achieving results, developing and executing strategic projects, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You will be a strong communicator, able to thrive in a data-driven environment, and have a passion for driving customer success. Essential Qualifications Solid experience in line management of at least 3 ICs, with proven results in a customer-facing role Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders Proven ability to develop and execute strategic projects that drive business impact, using data and metrics to inform decisions Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the property technology sector or a related industry Knowledge of customer success platforms and technologies, with experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making Strong understanding of the UK rental market and the challenges faced by letting agents, landlords, and tenants Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our team members to grow and thrive.
