Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. A High School Graduate or GED equivalent. The ability to type at a speed of 25 words per minute. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
