About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team, specifically supporting our Flex Pay buy now, pay later travel product. As a key member of our customer service organization, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, chats, and text messages. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues promptly, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible solutions to their problems.
