Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a critical role in driving student engagement, ensuring student success, and fostering a supportive community that helps our students achieve their career goals. Your primary responsibility will be to assist students in completing onboarding formalities, tracking individual student progress, and maximizing completion rates. You will also work closely with internal teams to continuously improve the learning experience and maintain daily trackers using Google Sheets, CRM, and other tools. Key Responsibilities Assist students in completing onboarding formalities and welcome each student on call before the batch start date Track individual student progress for multiple cohorts as they move through blithequark's program and maximize completion rates Keep dropouts and deferrals to a minimum by offering additional guidance and support Get reviews and referrals from students and work closely with all internal teams to continuously improve the learning experience Maintain daily trackers using Google Sheets, CRM, and other tools Communicate with students via calls, email, direct message, video, or a mix of communication strategies Mentor and motivate students and connect them to guidance coaches and career coaches as and when required Serve as the single point of contact for all student queries and concerns Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: 2-7 years of experience in customer success, customer service, sales, and/or other customer-facing role Experience building out and tracking information in Excel and/or data collection Experience working in operations, performance coaching, and/or program management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Management and Information Systems (OMIS), or other degree in a related field is a plus Availability to work evenings PST with some morning meetings PST (US Hours) Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, we are looking for candidates who possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to build strong relationships with students, instructors, and internal teams Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in the education technology industry Knowledge of AI upskilling and career transformation Experience with Google Sheets, CRM, and other tools Certification in customer success or a related field Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
