Your technical expertise, consultative approach, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will make a significant impact on our customers' success. Key responsibilities include: * Collaborating with customers to understand their business needs, use cases, and outcomes, and guiding their success with blithequark's products and services * Developing and executing customized onboarding plans, training programs, and enablement initiatives to increase user adoption, retention, and satisfaction * Providing expert guidance on best practices within the blithequark platform, leveraging your deep knowledge of our products and services * Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Professional Services, to accelerate end-user adoption and drive business growth * Establishing regular touchpoints with customers to advise users on using blithequark for their specific business needs and identifying opportunities for expansion * Documenting and sharing adoption status and key information to inform internal forecasting and renewal * Collaborating with other blithequark functions on capturing and sharing customer stories publicly **What You'll Need to Succeed** To excel in this role, you'll require: * Minimum of two years of experience in sales engineering, customer success management, technical or solutions consulting, post-sales technical delivery, or data science roles with a proven track record of customer trust and satisfaction * Strong written and oral presentation skills, capable of engaging both business and technical stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build consensus * Experience in building and operating communities of practice, with a knack for public speaking and engaging with all levels of customer teams * Ability to tailor messaging to personas with varying levels of technical acumen, including no-code and high-code users * Dataiku advanced designer, Snowflake SnowPro Core, and Databricks Business Analyst certifications preferred (not required) **What Will Make You Stand Out** To take your career to the next level, you'll need: * Never-ending intellectual curiosity, with a detail-oriented and analytical approach * Hands-on experience with data storage and computing infrastructure (SQL, Kubernetes, etc.) and proficiency with Python, R, SQL (useful but not required) * Passion for technology, the data and analytics space, and enjoyment learning new solutions, features, and functionalities, translating these into business value for customers * Experience in Analytics/AI or other enterprise software (preferred but not required) * Experience in technical pre-sales or post-sales, preferably in a high-growth environment (preferred but not required) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to your growth and development.
