Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Customer Solutions Architect to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will play a critical role in driving adoption and expansion of our blithequark platform, working closely with our Product Managers to influence the product roadmap. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their business outcomes and extract maximum value from our Sysdig Secure and Sysdig Monitor product offerings. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Sr Director, Customer Success, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and technical enablement. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique requirements, challenges, and business outcomes, developing tailored solutions that meet their needs and drive long-term value. Regular customer visits across EMEA (every 4 to 8 weeks) will be an essential part of this role, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will collaborate with our Product Managers to provide feedback and insights, influencing the product roadmap and ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers. Essential Qualifications Excellent English language skills and the ability to work effectively in remote and international teams. A proven track record of owning customer relationships, including implementation and identification of expansion opportunities. 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, field engineering, or similar customer-facing roles, such as sales engineering, customer success engineering, or DevOps consulting, with a focus on SaaS companies. Domain knowledge in Cloud Native technologies, including Container, Kubernetes, and Cloud. 10+ years of experience with DevOps tools, such as Terraform, Helm, and API scripting, with familiarity with security and monitoring tools like Prometheus or Falco being a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with large enterprise customers, with a deep understanding of their complex environments and the ability to develop tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Strong technical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
