Additional Information About the Role BJC is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our IT PMO in a remote capacity. In this role, you will manage and deliver high-priority healthcare IT projects that directly impact patient care and operational efficiency. You will provide structure, oversight, and clear direction to ensure successful execution, while driving accountability and measurable results. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare IT experience, with a proven track record in managing projects involving clinical systems, revenue cycle, or infrastructure, and familiarity with Epic system initiatives is a plus. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at developing project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to collaborate across clinical, technical, and leadership teams to remove barriers and achieve outcomes. Preferred Qualifications The Technology Project Manager is responsible for leading and solving complex, interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks that are documented, monitored, and controlled using technology project management processes and methodologies to deliver capabilities that meet the stakeholder needs. The individual will be responsible for leading strategic efforts to define the scope of the project as it relates to the overall business objectives and communicates effectively the status of the project to the respective stakeholders. Must be able to foresee and eliminate possible risks and ensure the success of a project (resources/scope/cost/quality/time) for small/medium/large projects.
