Key Responsibilities As a Principal Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts – German Speaker at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining deep, trust-based relationships with high-value customers to ensure long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for growth. Developing and executing customized success plans that align with our customers' business objectives and goals. Delivering strategic consulting engagements to help customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of our products or services. Identifying and addressing potential roadblocks or areas of improvement to ensure seamless customer experiences. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and leverage cross-functional expertise in driving customer success. Analyzing customer data and feedback to inform success strategies, identify trends, and measure the impact of our customer success initiatives. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our customer success approach and services. Requirements for Success To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Business-level English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies effectively. Fluency in German, enabling you to build strong relationships with our German-speaking clients and understand their unique needs and challenges. Proven experience working with large organizations (200+ employees), preferably in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting. A track record of managing a minimum of $8-10M ARR, demonstrating your ability to handle high-value accounts and drive significant revenue growth. A proven track record of measurably impacting customer results through creative problem-solving, strategic consulting, and change management, with a strong focus on delivering customer success and driving business outcomes. Preferred qualifications include experience in the software or technology industry, knowledge of customer success platforms and tools, and certifications in customer success or related fields.
