The Customer Education team plays a vital role in this mission by equipping our customers with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to get the most value out of blithequark. As the Manager of Customer Education (Production & Innovation), you will report to the Director of Customer Education and drive the evolution of how we design, produce, and deliver learning experiences at scale across all our distribution channels. Key Responsibilities In this senior-level, strategic role, you will lead innovation in our production processes, champion the use of new technologies (including AI), and set the standard for quality across all of our educational formats and platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: Defining, codifying, and evolving our production process, with a strong focus on video and continuous innovation, including AI production tools and processes. Defining and maintaining the voice, tone, design, style, and user experience across our Customer Education content and surfaces. Partnering with our team of Learning Experience Designers (LXDs) and additional producers to lead creative direction. Formalizing the inputs for our content roadmap, assessing, prioritizing, and managing expectations before committing to production. Building and maintaining a clear production roadmap and calendar, ensuring content produced by the team launches on time and in step with prioritization requirements. Leading by example, directly producing and delivering impactful educational content as part of your work. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 5+ years of proven experience leading customer education production and delivery in education. Strong project and people management experience (3+ years managing contractors, vendors, and/or direct reports). A track record of scaling production through tooling, workflows, and process innovation. Comfort with new technology, bringing a solid understanding of AI and customer experience tools. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive customer outcomes at scale. A natural ability to explain complex topics simply and in an engaging way. A strong data-driven and operational mindset, with experience in A/B testing and leveraging data visualization platforms. A player-coach mentality with strong execution chops, as this is a hands-on role. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with AI production tools and processes. Knowledge of customer experience tools and platforms. Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau. Experience in managing and analyzing data to inform production decisions.
