About the Role As a Customer Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for scoping requirements, working closely with clients to integrate our APIs, and deploying our solutions for our largest enterprise customers. You will be joining a team of talented customer engineers and project managers who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Completing technical onboarding for well-established enterprise retailers and direct-to-consumer brands Providing consultative advice to our customers to ensure successful integration with blithequark's solutions while maximizing product value Leveraging customers' business requirements and product expertise to build technical specifications Building and validating solutions via tooling and frontend technologies such as APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and Javascript Partnering cross-functionally with both internal and external technical and business stakeholders Helping build a best-in-class international professionals services team via documentation, process improvements, building internal tools, and trainings What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: 5-10 years of experience working on enterprise-level software projects as a technical lead Experience working with web technologies such as APIs, HTML, CSS, and Javascript, including fundamental coding skills preferably in Javascript or related languages Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Bonus points for experience with iPaas, retail, e-commerce platforms, order management systems, inventory management, WMS, TMS, supply chain, or logistics Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, you should possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth A strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and solutions Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with cloud-based technologies and platforms Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Certification in a relevant technical field, such as AWS or Azure Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
