About the Role In this full-time, direct hire position, you will be the voice of blithequark, fielding real-time calls in a virtual, call center environment from customers across the globe. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing critical service and product information. This role is a fully remote, work-from-home position, offering flexibility and convenience.
