Job Description:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering our iconic beverages to customers across the Western United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks, managing inventory levels, and maintaining accurate sales and delivery records
- Selling and distributing products on assigned routes, developing strong customer relationships, and increasing sales and volume growth
- Maintaining product availability, stocking accounts, and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with account staff
- Operating a tractor-trailer, managing cash and assets, and adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of experience, with commercial driving experience preferred
- Class A CDL required within the first 90 days of employment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull loads of 50+ pounds, with frequent standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
