As a Collection Specialist, you will play a vital role in negotiating repayment or establishing repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts. Responsibilities:
- Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including collection goals and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve performance
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience
- Two (2) years of Collection Experience
- Mathematical and Analytical Skills
- Negotiation Skills
